About Sandown Park Racecourse
Combined flat and national hunt racecourse owned and run by The Jockey Club, the largest commercial group in British horse racing. They host race meetings throughout the year.

The highlight of their racing calendar is Eclipse Day, where they host the Group 1 Coral Eclipse Stakes. They also host a number of Group 2 & 3 flat races, including the Sandown mile and the Esher Cup, plus a number of Grade 1 national hunt races, including the Tolworth Hurdle and the Tingle Creek Chase.

Right-handed with stiff uphill finish. Chase course tricky, especially for novices. Hurdles run on flat course. Circuit 1 mile 5 furlongs.
Going Racing at Sandown Park
The racecourse is three and a half miles south west of Salisbury on the A3094 and is signposted. From the north, take the A360.
Salisbury station links with buses direct to the course.
