Northern Monkey Punter

Northern Monkey Punter

The Northern Monkey Punter service is run by a guy called Wayne Finter, who studied Ecology at the University of York and has a Master of Philosophy in Biomedical Science from the University of Bradford. He was made redundant in 2010 and decided to launch the Northern Monkey Punter service. He has been proofing selections to Racing-Index since the service launched.

In addition to the Norther Monkey Punter service, Wayne is also a full time horse racing journalist, having appeared in many national n/ewspapers and he also had a weekly column for Racing Plus, during 2014.

The main betting focus is on the flat, with the summer months seeing an increase in the betting activity for the service. During the winter he focuses on the better All Weather races, but also provides selections for the Cheltenham Festival and Aintree Grand National meeting.

Selections for the service are sent via daily email at around 8:30 - 8:45 am, they're advised on a scale of 0.25 - 3 points, as either win or each-way bets.

In addition to the selections proofed to Racing-Index, he also advises bet multiples for some of the big ante-post races.

Membership is available either monthly or until the end of the flat season in November.
